This was my first attempt at making the rolled buttercream cookies. I've made them a million times since and it's gotten a lot easier but they definitely gave me a hard time to begin with. They're made from the NFSC (no fail sugar cookie) recipe found on Sugarcraft.com - they don't expand when you bake them and they are relatively easy to handle. I really love the effect of the rolled buttercream - very nice and clean. I combined extracts to make a slight cinnamon taste. This paired with the buttery cookies are delicious! (I used Wilton's cookie icing for decoration)
