This cookie cake was made for Tango, for Valentines day. Four chocolate-chip cookies, stacked, smoothered with cream cheese frosting. The inspiration for this came from an awesome poster on cakecentral.com and wilton.com, she's one of the greatest decoraters I've ever seen!!
EASY and DELICIOUS cake. It ended up being very moist and cakey - not hard or doughy.
Bubble-gum flowers for decoration!
