This week

I'm totally drained but I wanted to get the pictures from the week/weekend up before we head to bed!

Here chicky-chicky

These little chicks (cupcake pops) were made for school - they came out SUPER cute. Bakerella, you are the most creative! I'm so grateful I was able to make these:)

Conner

These were made for little Conner's first birthday! If you recall, I did a small cake for a 1st birthday photo shoot Conner had a few weeks back. These goodies were made for his actual party!

I also did some animal cupcakes for the party as well - but I only managed to get a picture of the monkey's. :(

Lastly, I celebrated my 28th birthday this Saturday. Yes, I made my cake. Sadly, in all the craziness of cake baking/decorating, 3 Easter Egg hunts/celebrations, my birthday dinner & party ... I somehow forgot to take pictures of my cake :(

I did get one picture with my iPhone but it wasn't finished. Sigh. Here it is anyway. Imagine a few more tiny branches, flowers on the cake board, and white hydrangeas sitting on top.

Gorgeous birthday cake. Happy birthday! I just had mine a couple weeks ago, and I too made my cake. Although, just a simple 6" so that I could use my new impression mat for an upcoming wedding I was doing. You are same age as my oldest daughter!
: ) Love the monkey cuppies too. And how did you do the chick cuppies?

Hi there. My name is Jessica and a friend of mine directed me to your blog... is there a way to contact you? My son's 2nd birthday is coming up and I would love to see how much you charge for a cake. :)

Hey Kris, thanks for the birthday wishes! I had a good time, too bad I didn't get a picture of the finished product! (still kicking myself for that one) The chick cuppies are just cupcake balls dipped in white chocolate. Pretty easy - I first saw it on Bakerella's website. She's pretty awesome over there:)

Jessica,

I will email you! Thanks for the props!
